The atmosphere is decent; people there don’t speak harshly to one another, and their attitudes are fairly good.
1. It was initially agreed that the schedule for the week would be provided every Sunday, but it has never once been given on time. It gets delayed day after day, making it completely impossible to plan personal matters for that week!
2. The PT has to think of everything and ask about it themselves. If you don’t ask, the supervisor won’t proactively inform you…
3. When uniforms are in short supply, they also don’t arrange things properly with the liquor distributors. Student workers often have to shuffle things around themselves, with one item missing here and another lacking there.
4. Wages for the previous month are paid on the 20th of each month. There is no labor or health insurance, and the wages are withheld for nearly an entire month.
