There are many attractive women at the company, and everyone is quite young, which suggests it has a high turnover rate.
<The interview is conducted in 2 stages>
The first interview is with the direct supervisor, along with a written test (Japanese)
The second interview is with a senior executive
The salary for internal administrative positions is not high, and the year-end bonus is about 2+ months’ salary
Cons
The senior female executive in the second interview was very arrogant, and her smile was a little frightening.......
