The interviewer explained things thoroughly, and the HR representative was very courteous.
There were two interviews in total.
The first involved a basic EXCEL skills test + an English written test (multiple choice) and Japanese (translation).
Before the interview, they introduced the company overview, followed by the interview.
The second interview <salary discussion>
The salary for an internal position is around 32,000–36,000, although the year-end bonus is good.
The salary is not competitive in the market....
There is actually no need to introduce the company during the interview; it is a waste of time...........
