An organization that does not value social workers / has no guiding philosophy
You may only be able to repeatedly tell clients how to escape violence and break the vicious cycle,
yet watch helplessly as injustice happens to the social workers themselves.
Neither what you learned at school nor the essence of social work can be applied to yourself.
