Pros
Because it’s an established company, its systems and policies are comprehensive, and everything you’re entitled to is clearly stipulated.
Cons
Because it’s an established company, its methods are rigid and its thinking inflexible, so you get half the results for twice the effort.
P.S. Your salary won’t change just because the company is old, so don’t get your hopes up.
