The situation is complicated
The person in charge has a very bad attitude
Seems to be the store manager
You have to sign a contract
There is a penalty for breaching the contract, along with a whole bunch of restrictions
It’s just a front-desk position
It’s not even a senior management role
The contract terms are unreasonable
There is a clause related to the law that does not allow employees to keep a copy for themselves
You have to sign it immediately after reading it
