The younger colleagues are all very easy to get along with. The company environment is very good and suitable for taking it easy until retirement.
The turnover rate is very high. They really like hiring mid-level managers, but the managers they hire never do anything and are as stupid as idiots.
They love inventing a bunch of useless work-specific jargon. The people in the secretarial department are all self-important. The boss’s wife will verbally abuse people and throw things. The boss’s family matters always have to be handled first. There is no overtime pay. Employees have very little sense of belonging. The boss never remembers what they themselves have said, loves holding extremely long meetings, and makes very simple things complicated. In short, you will become stupid working there.
