The company environment is good, and the location is convenient.

After two interviews, I received an offer. Both interviews were directly with the CEO, and during the second interview, the salary and start date were finalized in person. On my first day, I was given only a computer and no other stationery. After working for one week, I was suddenly notified by HR more than an hour before the end of the workday that I was to finish that day. The reason given was that “the shareholders had concerns about staffing.” It was utterly inexplicable! If the goal was to reduce headcount, they should never have recruited in the first place—and job openings on 104 were still being posted one after another! Because of this, I also turned down two other interviews after accepting the job. I can only conclude that this company has absolutely no respect for people. The CEO is male, but he speaks in a highly emotional manner, and his decisions can change several times in a single day. He also shows such disrespect toward employees! Do not go there under any circumstances, or you may suddenly get fired one day and have your time wasted!
