1. 同事很好相處，工作氛圍很愉快

2. 協作起來很愉快，溝通扁平化

3. 零食很多

Cons

1. 老闆個性古怪蠻不講理、霸道又沒禮貌

2. 開會容易淪為形式、浪費大家時間
