Please be careful not to sign the contract on the same day!!!
If you do sign it, make sure there are two copies!
Read the contract carefully as well to avoid breach-of-contract penalties that the company did not disclose.
Make sure to fill in all the required sections first!
Before the interview, I was asked to fill out a form called the “Company Employee Form” (I forget the exact name). Based on my experience with other companies, it should have been an interview form rather than a company employee form, since I had not yet been hired.
At first, the interview was comfortable, but when we discussed the working hours and salary, I personally felt that something was wrong.
Verbally, they said 22–23k, with overtime every day.
They subsequently brought out a contract for me to review.
After I finished reading it, they asked me to sign it, even though the other sections that needed to be filled out had not been completed (salary and working hours).
When I asked about this, they did not intend to let me fill it out in person and planned to send it directly to the company for processing. They said this was to avoid duplicating the work and that they would send it together with the form I filled out at the beginning.
Afterward, the staff member made excuses and said they would later inform me whether I had been hired (during the process, they mentioned that this procedure meant I had already been hired).
Naturally, I never received any notification afterward :)
