You invited me to an interview through a job bank, but the manager was not there on the scheduled interview day. Instead, you had someone else conduct the interview, casually handed me a blank sheet of paper, and told me to write down some information. Then you asked why I was interviewing for position A instead of position B, and dismissed me. You showed no regard for the interviewee’s time. Poor review.
