Pros

The work atmosphere among employees is harmonious and everyone is united because everyone directs their fire at the boss.

Cons

1. The boss is also the PM, but has no PM sense and refuses to hire a dedicated PM. Then he complains that his workload is too heavy and asks why no one can help him. There is seriously something wrong with him.

2. The company takes on projects recklessly, especially projects involving technologies that nobody knows. Then employees are given a limited amount of time—about one month—to learn, and engineers who only know the basics have to tackle the projects anyway, resulting in numerous problems and project delays.

3. Following from the above, although the company originally specialized in MVC, it successively took on projects involving JSP, Android, iOS, and Delphi, and eventually even wanted to develop games with Unity.

4. There are already a huge number of projects and not enough people to handle them, but the company keeps accepting more. The boss is also very good at lying. Although the company has fewer than ten employees, he lies about the number of employees in order to win contracts, and even claims to have branch offices in Taoyuan and Taipei. He lies without even drafting a script.

5. After taking on a pile of projects, there is no one to work on them, so the company produces a few documents every day and uses delaying tactics—putting things off for as long as possible. As a result, every project is like an unexploded bomb that could go off at any time.

6. They will deduct salespeople's bonuses. Performance that was not achieved last year is made up for using this year's results, so even if there are sales this year, there is still no bonus. This applies even to salespeople who helped secure major projects for him.

7. When colleagues are about to resign, the company will deduct their salary or pay it late.

8. The air conditioning is turned off at noon, and the water dispenser is also turned off after work. Are they really short of money for electricity bills?

9. Benefits are cut severely, and what is said during the interview is completely different from what employees are told after they actually start working.

10. I strongly advise against joining this company because the boss has no awareness of how a software company should operate and has very little sense when handling things. He personally said that he only considers matters for this week; anything after next week can be considered later.

11. The boss is the epitome of short-term thinking and pursuing immediate gains, and as for his abilities....

12. Really, don't come here. It would be better for the country and society if this kind of unscrupulous company went under.
