None at all
The first interviewer was incredibly arrogant. From the very first sentence she said, I knew there was no way I would be hired. She seemed to be saying, “Little girl, you came to the wrong place~” Her attitude was extremely condescending, and throughout the entire process she treated me as if I were invisible. She did not listen attentively to my answers to her questions and even asked me about things I had already explained... The most outrageous part was when she asked why my former company had not asked me to return... It left me completely dumbfounded. I had no idea what she was trying to imply... That because my former company had not asked me to return, I was not outstanding enough or lacked ability? This was the first time I had encountered such an unprofessional HR person. She kept a sour expression from beginning to end, smiling insincerely and showing no courtesy at all. She barged in and immediately started asking questions, so I thought she was the department manager. It was only near the end of the conversation that she said she was the HR manager. If she thought my education and experience were unsuitable, she simply should not have invited me to an interview in the first place. I really do not understand why she wasted both our time like that and made me resent this company!
