The boss is very opinionated and has “unique” insights into quality assurance and regulations… He can even “point out” errors in the regulatory interpretations of foreign auditors.

The boss has plenty of time… He has unique opinions about documents that need to be submitted but that he himself does not understand… Documents are frequently revised, and the subsequent work also has to be redone… But the time is counted against the employees, with no relevance to those who have opinions.

The boss is very capable… He knows how to find people to pressure government agencies and speed up procedures… But his own materials originally have problems (having been modified by him until they became problematic)… Even applying pressure is still useless.

The boss does not hesitate to invest in quality… He is willing to spend money on factories and machinery… even when those things are made according to his own opinions rather than those of professionals… In the end, whether they can be used… whether they can be certified…

The boss is very good at building relationships… He especially likes collaborating with “school teachers”… and generously lends the company premises to others for activities unrelated to the company… Employees can gain many experiences that they would not have the opportunity to experience at ordinary manufacturing plants.
