I suppose it could be considered a company with established systems??

The interview was very perfunctory. They brushed you off after casually saying a few words about the company’s systems and sent you on your way. The female owner and HR seemed unaware that someone was coming for an interview. During the interview, HR didn’t seem to know what to ask. They don’t respect job applicants.
