For a Taiwanese company, the salary and benefits are acceptable.
The good atmosphere you see during the interview is superficial; only after joining do you realize how oppressive it is.
There are many internal power struggles, informants, and unspoken rules. Newcomers are treated like sheep waiting to be slaughtered.
To put it nicely, they say they hope you will develop better work habits. If you do not follow the company’s unspoken rules, you can expect to be relentlessly subjected to them.
You should be extremely grateful that this great company is willing to cultivate you. There are only strawberries who cannot withstand the磨ing, never bosses who are unwilling to listen and change.
