Spacious lobby, and the interview time was managed appropriately.
Interview date: N years ago
Background: Approximately 8 years of experience in the Materials Department
Initial interview
First stage: Written test first, followed by a possible interview with the future direct supervisor.
The interview atmosphere was pleasant, although I got one question on the written test very wrong.....cry
Second stage (personally, I consider this the key part): A manager surnamed Pan from the Human Resources Department came in with a very stern expression (I felt this person would be difficult to deal with).
Since I had already received offers from several companies at the time, when I was asked whether I had any questions,
I asked very directly: 1. May I ask approximately what the compensation for this position is? 2. The overtime situation 3. Overtime pay
After I finished asking, his expression became even sterner (I felt I had hit a sore spot). The interviewer then asked me in return about my definition of overtime (Huh... why is he asking me back?)......
In short, the HR manager did not provide any clear answers...... The answers were all in an ambiguous gray area..........haha
Second interview: No-response rejection. End
