The company's systems and policies are poorly developed, and they expect a very small workforce to handle a great deal of work. If the pay were generous, that would be one thing, but it's pitifully low. The salary range in the recruitment ads is laughable—it's incredibly broad, but you will usually only receive the bottom of the stated range. They make lots of grand promises about introducing a bonus system in the future, but don't get your hopes up!!! Frontline employees here are only slightly better off than dogs.
