There is honestly not a single advantage I can write about.
A company with an overwhelming number of disadvantages. The boss thinks the company is amazing, but it is actually a place where a toxic employer abuses employees (except for long-term employees).
1. The position described during the interview is completely different from the work assigned after joining the company.
2. The boss's mood is unpredictable, so everyone has to cater to her mood. She humiliates people in extremely vulgar and inappropriate ways.
3. At the company, if the boss is displeased even once, she immediately fires people, usually for utterly ridiculous reasons.
4. The boss is simply self-righteous, and none of the suggestions made by subordinates will ever be adopted.
5. All decisions change from one moment to the next, making it impossible to adapt. Things are approved in the morning meeting and overturned in the afternoon, then dismissed as worthless.
6. She is very fond of using 40-year-old, outdated experience to give instructions, believing that everyone else's industry experience is terrible. She arbitrarily terminates vendors' contracts and expects vendors to serve her.
7. It is impossible to know the standards for selecting and hiring people. In addition, unplanned overtime cannot be refused; you absolutely have to cooperate, or you will be blacklisted.
8. The company is full of intertwined and complicated networks of relatives and cronies. Long-term employees are good at flattering the boss, so they enjoy secure, long-lasting employment.
9. New employees will find it extremely difficult to survive for more than a year. Most are abused until they either resign on their own after just one month or are fired. Meanwhile, long-term employees can live comfortably and make mistakes without consequences.
10. The boss has absolutely no respect for professional expertise. No professional in the world is as knowledgeable as the boss in her eyes, and she will use her 40-year-old experience to argue against them.
11. Leaving work on time is considered irresponsible, so you must work all year round, work overtime until the end of time, and devote yourself to the company to be considered responsible and hardworking.
12. When you first join the company, new employees are made to feel hopeful and motivated, but it is all fake. They are made to think it is a happy workplace, but that is fake too.
13. The company sets annual performance targets like haggling at a market, entirely depending on how high the boss wants to set them. One amount is announced this week, and an even more outrageous amount the next week. This leaves employees at a loss, and failing to reach the target is even worse because it is fundamentally impossible to achieve.
Job seekers, if you have received a recruitment invitation, are considering submitting a résumé, or are recent graduates who are inexperienced and uninformed, please think twice and do not act impulsively.
