The environment in the Taipei department is very good.
When you go in, you first fill out basic information and share some thoughts about the position.
For example:
If the results do not meet the client's requirements, how would you handle it?
If a colleague tells you that the marketing approach the client wants cannot be carried out, how would you handle it internally (and externally)?
What qualities do you hope your supervisor has?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Do you know what our company does? Questions like these.
The questions are designed to get to know your personality and understand how well you understand this job (position).
The supervisor also gives a detailed introduction to the job responsibilities and some points they care more about.
Overall, the interview is quite pleasant.
The situation mentioned in the original reviews, where there was no follow-up, did not happen to me. Maybe I was lucky that there was an opening.
It does not really count as a drawback.
Because the assistant manager was abroad, the second interview was conducted online.
You need to prepare more past experiences that demonstrate your strengths.
Otherwise, you may end up like me:
thinking it would be a back-and-forth Q&A, but due to inadequate preparation, it ended after just twenty minutes.
