I’m in the technology department and have been here for about four and a half years. I’m a junior administrator.

(1) The company follows the Labor Standards Act.

(2) Benefits for the three major holidays, year-end bonuses, health checkups, domestic and international employee trips, and the year-end banquet (By the way! At the year-end banquet, colleagues from different locations gather together for a meal and a prize drawing. I think it creates a really nice atmosphere.)

(3) The managers and colleagues are all easy to get along with.

(4) Employees are sometimes offered the opportunity to purchase company shares.

It’s really busy during peak periods, and I also need to help with the engineers’ work. Although my project manager is strict, they are fair and can distinguish right from wrong. The company has also treated me fairly well.

The turnover rate is somewhat high. The money earned from company projects does not really flow back to the people who work hard on those projects.
