When I first joined, the overall environment was pretty okay, and the employees there were also quite nice.

The interview with the supervisor was a nightmare. They had absolutely no respect for professional expertise—at one point they said they wanted an industrial designer, then a graphic designer, and then someone responsible for clerical work. They themselves did not even know what they wanted.

Everything was clearly written on my résumé, and they had reviewed it beforehand, but during the interview they kept asking the same questions. I couldn't help but wonder whether they even knew who they were interviewing. If not, was the interview simply a waste of everyone's time?

I had already shown them relevant work, but they did not look at it and kept saying that it was not a portfolio, insisting that there had to be actual deliverables. Actual deliverables are not the only things that count as a portfolio, okay! If you are going to interview someone, you should do your homework instead of pretending to be knowledgeable when you know nothing. This makes job seekers feel that you are really unprofessional.

If you require candidates to have relevant experience, state that clearly on the job website instead of writing it ambiguously and then telling applicants that they cannot be hired without relevant experience. Then why did you send me an interview invitation in the first place?

No wonder the company has so few employees. The supervisor should also seriously reflect on why the employee turnover rate is so high.
