A few years ago, during the interview, I was first taken to a small room to complete written tests, including a résumé form, an English test (TOEIC level), and an aptitude test.
After finishing, I moved to a conference room for an interview with the HR manager. After that, a young man came in to ask questions related to the position.
Not long after we started talking, the department manager began the interview. There were three interviewers present in total.
Finally, the main event came: the manager said that I had to sign a two-year contract and could not resign, telling me to think carefully and saying, “I know many vendors.”
