Pros
The company basically has multiple departments. If you are lucky enough to have a good supervisor or a general administrative position, things are still fairly acceptable within the company.
Cons
Internal conflicts within the company are extremely serious. The boss basically takes a hands-off attitude. Sales are getting worse and worse, and the year-end bonus can no longer be paid.
