The office is very nice, that's all.
After assigning me to a certain supervisor, the boss said that I should go to that supervisor directly if I had any problems. However, one time I took half a day off for personal reasons (I had requested leave from that supervisor and received approval), and a senior graphic designer (not a supervisor) reported something unknown to the boss. I was immediately fired on the spot.
The actual job was completely different from the job description given during the interview. The office had an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, and a certain senior graphic designer would always stand behind me watching me write code and then criticize it (even though she actually couldn't understand the code).
If you want to join, you must make sure to build a good relationship with the senior graphic designer; otherwise, it will be difficult to survive, as they will use various methods to dismiss you.
