1. The work benefits are all fake; in reality, there is only labor and health insurance.
2. The salary actually discussed is higher than what is paid; the pay rules are not transparent.
3. Overtime is mandatory, and no overtime pay is provided no matter how long the work hours are.
4. They will not discuss a probationary period with you. Your salary will not be adjusted afterward, and you only find out when you are suddenly dismissed.
5. It is under a gambling company, with the post based in the Philippines. There is no actual work in Taiwan, and the company follows Philippine rules.
6. A graphic designer, because of their long tenure, can control whether engineers stay or leave; if they dislike someone, they look for an opportunity to get that person fired.
7. Engineers are dismissed regardless of seniority; when they are no longer needed, they are laid off.
