1. The interview was divided into three rounds: future colleagues, HR, and the manager. The future colleague’s attitude during the interview was extremely uncomfortable, with an expression that said, “How do you not know anything?” (But the questions they asked made very little sense—quite laughable.)
2. The manager seemed extremely busy and pressed for time. The questions they asked were also not very precise, leaving me unsure what they actually wanted to ask.
3. In the end, I proactively wrote to decline the offer, but the HR representative still insisted on sending a template email saying, “The competition was very intense, so unfortunately we cannot offer you the position,” blah blah blah. I don’t understand the purpose of this. Is it meant to create the impression that their company is very popular?
