No need to provide the standard employment-related labor and health insurance enrollment documents.
On the day I started, no one at the company asked about labor or health insurance enrollment. After completing the other onboarding procedures, I was sent straight to work. After working more than eight hours on the first day to meet a rush deadline, I was deemed unsuitable, and accounting was asked to pay me only for that day (not calculated according to the Labor Standards Act or the compensation stated in the company's job posting). The hourly rate worked out to approximately NT$104. Moreover, several people who started that day had the same outcome, which made the company seem very unscrupulous!
