Pros
You can experience the life of a servant, cosplaying as a servant every day.
The boss is always right!! The servant is always wrong.
Cons
The supervisor has no leadership ability, humiliates you while you’re employed, and stabs you in the back after you leave.
The supervisor and manager’s leadership philosophies are incompatible. You spend every day admitting your mistakes, making you see how useless you are.
