The female interviewer was extremely disrespectful toward the interviewee. When scheduling the interview, she had not looked at the interviewee’s résumé at all and provided a bunch of English documents for the interviewee to read beforehand, but then did not ask a single question about them during the interview. Because the interviewee was a woman, the female interviewer repeatedly asked whether she would be having children soon.
