They paint a very grand picture, but the salary is laughable.
When asked whether the revenue had broken even, they hemmed and hawed.
Making the interviewee come in three times would be bad enough,
then offering a salary 20% lower than the previous company’s?
They asked about my expected compensation in the very first interview, yet still came back with this garbage.
If you can’t afford to hire someone, please don’t waste the interviewee’s time.
The CTO even had the nerve to confidently insist that this wasn’t a major problem.
If all you have to offer is bananas, please go to the zoo and look for monkeys, okay?
