You can probably leave work on time.
The company is basically run by two incompetent trust-fund sons whose rich father gave them the business.
The company’s compensatory leave policy does not comply with the Labor Standards Act (the workday ends at 6 p.m., and overtime only counts toward compensatory leave after working past 8 p.m.). You may also be reprimanded for turning on too many lights when working overtime at the office on holidays. At work, you have to put up with their repeatedly changing and idiotic decisions. They recruit people under the pretext of expanding a department, then eliminate the department eight months after you join.
