1. Once laid off a large number of employees before the Lunar New Year
2. No benefits besides salary
3. Does not provide any on-the-job training opportunities
4. There is not even a leave-request or payroll-calculation system, and HR also miscalculates leave and pays incorrect salaries
5. The company’s senior management has no technical background and makes incompetent decisions
