No real advantages.

1. The company owner has absolutely no respect for intellectual property rights, running the business using pirated software. Despite making huge profits from the gambling industry, they are unwilling to invest in licenses and tell employees to use pirated Windows, SQL Server, and Oracle WebLogic.

2. The current top leader of the Taiwan branch has no actual technical capability. When the boss scolds him, he merely passes the blame on to employees. He cannot propose a solution and only asks how long you will take.

3. Software development has no control over its own direction. The owner only trusts Indian outsourcing vendors. Once you join, you can only be treated as a competitor to the Indians, while no hardware or software resources are provided.

4. None of the regular gatherings, snack bars, or coffee machines that should be provided in the gambling industry are available. There is not even an annual year-end banquet. Absolutely terrible.
