Pros
I’ve been here for a few months and have found that the company basically has no SOP for developing new employees; everything is handled very superficially.
The atmosphere throughout the company isn’t very good, and there’s no sense of striving for improvement. I heard that the year-end bonus has only been around 0.3 in recent years.
Cons
There are too many.
