A year-end bonus paid in three installments, department dinners, and all the usual year-end banquet items—but the amounts are very small.
Is it really an advantage that they don’t dare to blatantly violate the Labor Standards Act!?
1. The boss’s wife doesn’t trust her own employees and also goes back on her word (she promised a raise but never gave one) 🔥🔥🔥
2. The office has a bunch of petty rules
🔥 Work starts at 8 a.m., but eating breakfast at the company is not allowed
🔥 You can’t leave your seat for too long
🔥 You need your supervisor’s approval to turn on the air conditioning
🔥 Sitting in the office feels like being in prison
🔥 Taking leave is difficult because supervisors will make things difficult for you
And so on....
3. There is an attendance bonus system (not proactively disclosed during the interview) 🔥
4. Salary is occasionally paid after the payday
5. Although there are systems in place for the work, they are often broken
