The internal HR staff in Kaohsiung were even more courteous than the frontline managers in the Central Region.

The interviewers in the Central Region (August Moon) need to improve their professionalism and attitude. They seemed to have no relevant experience. I arrived for the scheduled interview and, understanding that they might be busy, waited an hour for her. In the end, the interview lasted less than two minutes, and despite everything being clearly stated on my résumé, she still asked astonishing questions! I prepared very seriously before going there for the interview, only to be interviewed standing next to the supermarket's display freezer...

Before posting a job opening, please make sure your company actually has that position available. Don't wait until the candidate arrives and then say, "We already have several suitable candidates for that opening." (If so, why post the position in the first place?) It was simply a waste of both parties' time.

Also, during the interview, they said they would notify me within three days, but they never did...

Whether the candidate is accepted or not, if you promise to notify them, you should do so within the stated timeframe. Don't cause both parties to waste their time. This interview experience was truly terrible, and I felt very disrespected!

I suggest being more selective when choosing frontline managers.

I feel that even the regular employees were more courteous to me.
