Pros
They provide some career planning guidance, and the CEO is very kind and genuinely caring.
Cons
The interview was held in a dark little conference room, with the CEO and an engineer.
The whole space was quite hot and stuffy, and I was covered in sweat after the interview = =
Then they asked some questions that I felt were off-topic.
