At first, there was no response after I submitted my résumé. I only received a reply after applying a second time. The interview appointment was not arranged by phone either; they only responded through the job bank’s system, and even then they only stated the interview time without clearly providing the location. The salary section on the job bank listed it as negotiable, and the description said that anyone expecting a high salary should not go there and waste their time. Before the interview, I didn’t understand what that meant. Only after the actual interview did I understand why they said that: the pay was not even up to the basic base salary, and they expected one person to do miscellaneous tasks. After the interview, I thought I would be hired, but was instead asked to attend a second interview. After the second interview, I was told that I was too outstanding and therefore unsuitable for working there ==
