A very bureaucratic and environmentally unfriendly company. As if the workload weren't already heavy, we also have to write a bunch of weekly reports that no one will read. The work processes are barely digitized, with piles of paper-based procedures. Approval regulations even stipulate that only senior managers can use stamps. You can imagine how poor the work efficiency is. The company has no KPI system; young employees receive only meager bonuses, while only long-serving employees who demonstrate loyalty and never leave can receive increasingly higher monthly pay.
