Pros
Has air conditioning?
Cons
1) Low pay, heavy workload, expected to do everything.
2) Regardless of the position you interviewed for, once you join, as long as you finish your own work, you’re expected to support other people’s work.
3) If you want to be a pure white-collar worker, don’t come here. You’ll be expected to take out the trash, clean the premises, attend to artists, and so on.
4) A job that wastes your life.
5) A sweatshop company; your value lies in whether you can help the company sign artists under less favorable terms!
