When there’s nothing to do, it’s very relaxed.
Aside from certain people, everyone else is easy to get along with.
1. The professional capabilities of management-level staff are inadequate, and the company’s internal SOPs are completely ignored.
2. You may have to compete against employees from other companies within the group, and you may even be stabbed in the back.
3. Management completely ignores frontline employees’ opinions and insists that work be done according to the supervisor’s wishes—even when they are wrong.
4. The starting salary may be slightly higher, but there will be no subsequent raises, while your workload will continue to increase.
5. If you’re coming here to gain experience, it’s best not to. You’ll learn the wrong things.
6. Management will never take responsibility. Even when you are simply following their instructions, you have no choice but to accept the blame yourself.
