My colleagues are all very nice~ We also order lunch and drinks together and things like that.
They really love using the two job openings “HR” and “Executive Assistant to Senior Administrative Management” to recruit people.
They interview you under either of these titles or some other job title, but in reality, they already have a different position in mind that they actually need to fill, and then they send you over to that position.
At this company, many people apply for HR or finance positions but end up in customer service, at the front desk, or something similar.
There are an incredible number of examples like this; they happen one after another.
The company doesn’t find it strange at all.
The turnover rate is insanely high~~~ Staying for three or four months counts as a long time; staying for half a year makes you a senior employee; staying for a year is absolutely extraordinary.
