Flat management is a false structure with no room for development; although it appears that you can express opinions directly to supervisors, in reality supervisors take the lead in suppressing people and questioning their professionalism. The additional communication brought about by flat management instead makes people feel that it is merely an illusion created to save on the salaries of supervisory positions. The company claims to be highly profitable and have promising prospects, but its practices and management are completely at odds with that claim, often misjudging more important realities in order to save small amounts of money. A company that only respects QS and has an X-brained mindset, with an explosively high turnover rate.
