The company environment is good.

I applied for a programmer position, but at the interview they asked whether I wanted to work as a network administrator instead. We barely discussed any programming technologies. The company was vastly different from those that normally recruit programmers, and they did not mention the salary or benefits at all. This interview was simply a waste of both parties’ time.
