The company completely ignores performance.

If you just want to get by, you can work here.

Other than that... there are no advantages.

1. Regardless of the position you applied for, the job description is almost always fake. Basically, this company has only one position: general laborer. The interview and the actual job are completely different. You may apply to be a store clerk but end up doing sales, or be a store clerk in the morning, become a warehouse manager in the afternoon, and have to go out for deliveries the next day.

2. Decisions made by senior management are often changed one or two hours later. A company policy can be changed two or three times in a single day.

3. Other than the year-end bonus, there are basically no holiday bonuses at all.

4. Senior management has almost no decision-making ability. Many matters may be reported upward and then receive no follow-up for more than half a year. If you keep following up, senior management will come over and scratch their heads in front of you.

5. There are illegal structures all over the company premises... extremely dangerous.

6. There is basically no system or structure. Whether you slack off or work diligently, the one who ultimately suffers is the person who works diligently.

7. If you joined as a manager, your salary may be much lower than that of a senior store clerk. Don't be surprised. This company determines pay based on whom the boss likes and who has been there longer—not on who is more capable or on seniority level.
