The boss is stingy and pays very little! Also, almost the entire company is female.

Additionally, before the interview, I had to take a test. I think this is extremely disrespectful to the design profession!

I also had to take an additional psychological test, which took an hour in total.

It was a huge waste of time. The boss was overly talkative and inarticulate, and I ended up wasting more than three hours in total.
