The company is quite free; overall, the environment is fairly “relaxed.”
There are quite a few things that could be improved.
Including limited benefits.
Treat the performance bonus as consolation.... Whether you do well or poorly, it feels like you get about the same amount of money.
The three traditional holiday cash gifts are actually quietly converted into things like fruit gift boxes (personally, I think getting the money directly would be more practical...)
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
A small number of people fall into the categories of “parachuted-in personnel” and “people drawing a salary without doing their jobs,” which can be quite frustrating.
Because the supervisor’s attitude toward you may be “slightly” different from their attitude toward the above-mentioned types of people....
There is no promotion system. Salaries are adjusted once every two years (but this may depend on whether the company makes a profit; if it doesn’t make money, there will be no adjustment~).
The boss’s thinking is rather old-fashioned. The company’s work is mainly centered around gambling-related products, but in terms of design, it mostly “takes reference from clients.”
Therefore, you should be somewhat mentally prepared that the things you make may not be suitable for your future portfolio when changing jobs...(in other words, they’re very ugly).
However, at least it can serve as relevant work experience. If you get accepted, you could go in and take a look.
