The position I applied for was Exhibition Business Specialist, and overall, the interview felt very comfortable and relaxed!
1. The interviewer described the responsibilities of the position in a very conversational manner and made a strong effort to ensure that the applicant clearly and fully understood the salary range and job duties.
2. They provided a very thorough description of what most of the initial work would involve, as well as later-stage business trips and discussions with clients and vendors.
3. No pressure was applied during the conversation, allowing the job seeker to clearly describe their personal traits, strengths, and weaknesses.
4. They did not casually or intrusively ask about my past education and work experience. Instead, they maintained the attitude of a good listener, making the overall process very smooth.
1. The interview was relatively short, so I felt I was unable to fully present my self-introduction.
2. The interview was conducted in a relatively relaxed manner, creating a comfortable, conversational atmosphere. However, it also seemed to lack a certain degree of professionalism or formality in the discussion.
