Pros
The end of the workday usually doesn’t run too late
The salary is good
Cons
Including the owner’s wife, there are only around three people in the company
The owner’s wife is extremely emotional and will find reasons to scold employees even when they have done nothing wrong
Because it is a small company, each person has to take on multiple roles
